Marylene is AMAZING!!!! We were selling our house from out of state, and we needed to have full confidence in our realtor since we couldn't physically be there to be involved in the sale. I can say without hesitation that Marylene delivered the goods! Not only does she have amazing personal expertise, but Marylene is tapped into a strong network of associates in all areas of the business that helped bring our sale to a successful fruition. Yes, we had the best realtor and best real estate style expert in town with Marylene, but thanks to her connections, we also got the best stager, the best photographer (including drone photography), the best marketer, an inside track with the title company, and a whole slew of associates to handle all the various details of the preparation for sale and the transaction itself. I have to say that my favorite part about working with Marylene, was her unflappable positive attitude. Personally, I was very stressed by the whole experience as this was my first time selling a house and it was being done from 3000 miles away. I met Marylene back in December 2022 as I was finally ready to purchase my first apartment. The overall home purchasing process, especially the first time, is very stressful. Marylene has been a great support every step of the process: she is *very* responsive, she helps you understand what matters and what does not (which is very important because the flow of information is endless!), she gives her honest opinion about a property for your own sake and focuses on understanding you and your project. She also is surrounded by a very efficient team and partners, which further smoothes the overall process. Eventually, I managed to find a property I love within 2 weeks and closed escrow was a very smooth process for me. Overall, my home purchase experience was very positive and enjoyable thanks to Marylene. Therefore, I recommend her very highly.

Marylene is the only reason I am living in my current loft as I write this review. After visiting an open house on a Saturday afternoon, I decided to email her on a Saturday night to ask a few questions. Less than an hour later (past midnight!), she got back to me with an analysis of the similar apartments to the one I visited and a lot of useful information. We visited the house together the next day and learned that the deadline to submit an offer was moved from the next Wednesday to that very Sunday because the seller already had enough good offers. I didn't even have a pre-approval letter at that point because I was not expecting to become serious until a few months. Marylene spent the afternoon reaching out to her contacts to get me a pre-approval letter and have everything ready to make an offer, which she did. And my offer ended up being the one chosen among all the others. I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy or sell. She really goes the above and beyond to make her customers happy. She clearly did with me!

We met Marylene at an open house when we were working with another real estate agent in the area and immediately knew she was the best agent for us! We switched to her after almost 2 months of searching and she immediately yielded far better results than our first agent. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about real estate in the Bay Area, but her relationships with other agents, banks, and other professionals all help with her getting the BEST deal for you, regardless if you are buying or selling. She told us once we were in escrow that she would be with us through the entire process...and she certainly was! She even helped us out after we had moved in. This was out of her own volition to provide the best service to us - there was no obligation for her as the deal was already complete. We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area. You will not find a harder working, more well-connected agent!

My review is for Marylene who was very very helpful in finding my new home. Although Marylene was not particularly focusing in the area I bought my home, she went the extra miles to show me some houses during three weekends. We met first for coffee and she explained to me during 1 hour how the real estate works in the Bay Area. She provided a complete booklet with all the information. We first scheduled home visits, she wanted to know what we liked, what budget we had and then could send me some links of available houses. We made our list and she then would accompany us and discuss with each listing agent to make sure to get the right information. During the negotiation phase she advised me about some contingencies I needed to put on the offer. Marylene is a very knowledgeable realtor and was able to guide me during the whole buying process.

The best Real Estate Agent! I was so lucky to know her through a French Speaking meetup group. I had a one-bedroom condo, which I need to divest to support my retirement. She has done an incredible job from the day I have emailed her to closing the deal for a month! I was extremely impressed by her professionalism, attention to detail, familiarity, and knowledge to the market. I have followed her advice and did minor upgrades fo my unit and it was sold with multiple offers. I also have several open house invitations; all of which were beautiful staged and very inviting. All my friends were equally surprised and happy for me for the quick execution of selling my condo as I was really in need of funding for my retirement.
